Welcome

Woman in pink coat and gray scarf sitting with hand on chin, slightly smiling.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults, with particular experience supporting neurodivergent people, those living across cultures or countries, and individuals affected by boarding school experiences, within a non‑oppressive and inclusive therapeutic framework.

If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or unsure about how to move forward. You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, the impact of past experiences, or a sense of not quite fitting in. You may also be looking for a reflective, supportive space as a counsellor or trainee.

A Space to Be Heard - Online or in Aberdeen (Scotland)

I believe that meaningful and lasting change happens within relationships that feel safe, respectful, and genuine. My work is rooted in the person‑centred approach, which means that therapy or supervision is shaped around you, your pace, your concerns, and what feels most important for you to explore.

Together, we create a space in which you can speak freely, feel understood, and begin to make sense of your experiences with compassion and curiosity.

My Approach

As a person‑centred psychotherapist and supervisor, I aim to offer a warm, non‑judgemental, and collaborative relationship. I trust in your inherent capacity to grow and change, even when things feel confusing or painful.

My role is not to direct or diagnose, but to walk alongside you, listening deeply, offering professional presence, and supporting you to connect more fully with yourself and with what matters to you.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity‑related concerns, and feelings of difference or disconnection. A significant and growing focus of my work is supporting neurodivergent adults and those who have spent a long time adapting to expectations that didn’t feel like a good fit.

Counselling and Supervision

I offer:

  • Counselling and psychotherapy for adults

  • Clinical supervision for counsellors, trainees, and trainers

Sessions are available online or in person, in English or Italian.
